French Vanilla Cafe

1/3 C Instant Coffee
1 C Instant Dry Milk
1/2 C Powdered Coffee Creamer
1/3 C Sugar
1/4 C Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix


3-4 T in large mug of hot water.

Self Rising Flour

Per 1 C flour
1-12 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

Pizza Sauce

1 small can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 T oregano
3/4 t celery salt
1 T onion powder
1-1/2 t garlic powder
3/4 # cheese

Spread mixture on crust. Add topping. Bake 400 til bubbly

Crisco Single Crust

1-1/3 C sifted regular flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 C Crisco
3 T water

Sift flour before measuring, spoon lightly into measuring cup and level without shaking or packing down. Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. With a pastry blender or two knives cut in Crisco until uniform, mixture should be fairly coarse. Sprinkle with water, T at a time, toss with a fork. Work dough into a firm ball with your hands.

Press dough into a flat circle with your hands. On a lightly flolured surface, roll dough to a circle 1-1/2 inches larger than inverted pie plate.

Gently ease dough into plate. Trim 1/2 inch beyond edge. Fold under to make a double thickness of dough around rim and flute with fingers or fork.

For single crust baked without filling, prick bottom and sides thoroughly with a fork.

Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until brown as desired.

Homemade noodles

1 egg
1T cooking oil
1 T water

Beat well.

Add flour.

Roll out very thin. Dry one side, flip over and dry other side. Cut into noodles.


Make Your Own Sausage

1 # ground turkey
1 t fennel seed

While browning turkey add fennel seed.

Powdered Sugar

1 C Sugar
2 T Cornstarch

Blend on high til fluffy.

Condensed Milk

1 C. powered milk
2/3 C. sugar
1/2 C. boiling water
3 T melted butter

Put all ingreients in blender and mix at high speed until smooth.

Makes 14 oz.
