4 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks in juice
4 cans (8 ozs each) pineapple chunks in juice4 packages (5.1 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
8 cans (15 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained
10 medium red apples, chopped
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to make 6 C.
Place pudding in a large bowl, stir in pineapple juice until thickened, about 4-6 minutes.
Fold in pineapple, oranges and apples. Pour about 8 C each in four greased 13 x 9 x 2 pans.
Chill.
Yield: 64 (1/2 C) servings
