YUM CAKE

1 Angel Food Cake Mix
1 Cake Mix...your favorite

Mix together throughly.

3 T Mix in coffee mug.  Stir in
2 T Water

Microwave on high for one minute.

Turn out on a small plate and add favorite topping.

(run knife around the inside of the cup for cake to fall out)
  

French Vanilla Cafe

1/3 C Instant Coffee
1 C Instant Dry Milk
1/2 C Powdered Coffee Creamer
1/3 C Sugar
1/4 C Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix


3-4 T in large mug of hot water.

Corn on the cob

One ear of corn

Microwave on high for 2-1/2 minutes

Shuck.........very hot so be careful.

Hillbilly Spaghetti Pie

Lemon or limeade

Juice of one lemon or lime
1 C water
5 t sugar

Denise's Salsa

4 medium tomatoes
1 small onion
2 jalapeno peppers
¼ C white vinegar
1 garlic clove

Puree or chunk in food processor

Place in pot and bring to a boil then simmer for about 30 min.
Remove and store in refrigerator

Cucumbers

Slice cucumbers, cover with water and add 2 T vinegar.
