Peanut Butter Bars For a Crowd

12 Eggs
6 C Sugar
3 C packed Brown Sugar
2 C Peanut Butter
1 C Shortening
2 T Vanilla Extract
8 C all purpose Flour
3 T Baking Powder
2 t Salt
Confectioners' Sugar

Cream the eggs, sugars, peanut butter, shortening and vanilla until smooth.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.

Press into three greased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pans.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.

Yield: about 8 dozen
