8-10 medium potatoes
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 C sour cream
salt
butter
paprika
Pare potatoes and boil til tender.
Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream til well blended. Add hot potatoes gradually beating til light and fluffy Season to taste.
Spoon into buttered 2 qt casserole dish. Brush top with softened butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Brown in oven 350 for 30 minutes
