8 oz sharp cheese, grated fine
8 oz mild cheese, grated fine
3 C flour
1 t salt
1 t red pepper
2 sticks soft oleo
Combine all ingredients and mix with pastry blender. Make a flat circle, wrap around small stuffed olive.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Yield: 180
