Creamy Frosting

1 cup milk
3 T all purpose flour

1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 t vanilla

In saucepan whisk 1 cup milk into 3 T all-purpose flour.

Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.

Reduce heat and cook while stiring 2 minutes more.

Let cool to room temp.

Beat 2 cups softened butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 t vanilla with electric mixer/medium speed til light and fluffy.

Add cooled milk mixture to butter mixture, l/4 cup at a time, beating on low speed after each addition until smooth.
