SWISS VEG. MEDLEY

1 Bag (16 oz.) frozen Broccoli, Carrots & Califlower. Thaw and drain.
1 Can Mushroom Soup
l/3 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Jar (4 oz.) chopped piniento, drained
1 Cup (4oz.) Swiss Cheese shredded
1 Can (2.8oz) Durkee French Fried Onions

Combine the first five ingredients plus l/2 Cup of Swiss Chees and l/2 can of onions.

Pour into a 1 qt. casserole.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 min. longer.

MICROWAVE VERSION

Prepare as above and cook covered on High for 6 minutes, turn l/2 thru.

Top with remaining cheese and onions.

Cook uncovered on High one minute or until cheese melts.
