2 T olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
2 t snipped fresh tyme
1/4 t cracked black pepper
2 medium yellow summer squash, cut lengthwise into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices
Dressing....in screw top jar combine olive oil, vinegar, thyme and pepper. Shake well.
Brush squash with dressing.
Cook squash over medium coals for 7 to 10 minutes, til tender, turning once.
