Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

5-6 Sweet potatoes
2 T olive oil
5 t seal salt
1/4 t ground black pepper

Peheat oven to 450.

Cut each unpeeled sweet potato into 1-inch thick wedges.

In plastic bag toss potatoes with oil, sea salt and pepper.

Bake potatoes, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
