Lasagna/Slow Cooker

1 lb. Ground Beef
48 oz jar Pasta Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella or Italian Blend Cheese
1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles (break in half to fit slow cooker)
24 oz. Cottage Cheese

Cook ground beef. Drain.

Mix beef with pasta sauce.

Layer slow cooker with l/3 of the sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Repeat layers 2 more times.

Cover top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Variety: add spinach, zuccini, mushrooms or bell peppers.
