FROZEN FRUIT SORBET

2 Medium Bananas
1 Cup Strawberries
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Peal bananas and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place bananas slices and strawberries on a wax paper lined banking sheet.

Freeze 1-1/2 to 2 hours until completely frozen.

Process fruit, water and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.

Serve immediately or freeze up to 2 weeks.

Garnish servings with strawberries.
