Chicken W/Stuffing

16 oz. Stove Top Stuffing (Chicken)
1 Cup Hot Water
1-1/2# Boneless Chicken Breasts cut into 1" pieces
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
16 oz. Bag Frozen Mixed Vegs., thaw and drain

Preheat oven 400 degrees

1/2 cup dry stuffing on bottom of 12 x 9 dish, place chicken over dry stuffing and
set aside.

Add hot water to remaining mix.

Mix together soup, sour cream and vegs. Spoon over chicken.

Top w/remaining mix.

Bake 30 minutes
